A reacting Melamime modified lacquer with excellent water resistance in combination with our Multi Purpose Sealer. The top coats’ slow reaction allows lacquer to be “pulled over” up to 5 days after application, consequently there is very tolerant critical overcoat time. Normal solids 23% by weight.
