We have been manufacturing paints and polishes since 1884 with four generations of quality interior and exterior paints and coatings. We are the oldest, genuine paint manufacturer in GB still owned and managed by the same family. We have supplied to interior designers and scenic artists to film, television and theatre industries and we are the trade best kept secret.

Our manufacturing is based in Lambeth and we are the last remaining manufacturers of decorative coatings based in the London area. As a family business, trading for many years we pride ourselves on quality that we insist on delivering to you

At Mylands we use original manufacturing techniques to produce paints. We developed our emulsions in the 1950s and have only used the highest quality resins and pigments. All of our water-based products are totally environmentally friendly. We are one of the last manufacturers to still use natural earth pigments in many of our paints and we are proud of the fact that our emulsion paint has better opacity than all other commercially available emulsion paints in the market place.

We re-invest much of our turnover into developments of new products such as oils, coatings and flooring finishes, and maintain a position of high quality within the wood coating and specialist painting industry.
